Vicki Mountain – Senior Law Practitioner
After graduating in 1998 with two degrees: Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Accounting) and Bachelor of Law, from Murdoch University, Vicki was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1999.
Vicki completed her supervised junior law years with a large Perth law firm and with a chamber of barristers where she gained extensive court advocacy experience.
Vicki has also held positions of legal officer with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection where she assisted in major corporate litigation and insolvency matters.
Setting up Mountains Lawyers in 2000 Vicki has always strived to provide accessible justice for her clients and has achieved successful outcomes on many “David and Goliath” battles.
Nikolina Milosevic – Lawyer
Nikolina Milošević is one of our fantastic Lawyers here at Mountains Lawyers. She specialises in commercial law, litigation, advising on business structures, and assisting clients with contractual transactions. She joined us in April 2014 as a debt recovery paralegal while she studied her Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Relations) at Murdoch University.
In 2014, Murdoch university awarded her with a scholarship for an International Human Rights Program in Geneva in Switzerland, which she also undertook.
Do you know Nikolina is Serbian and speaks serbo-croatian? She can assist people from Ex-Yugoslavia who speak Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and Montenegrin – they’re all the same language!
At the moment, Nikolina’s undertaking her Masters of Law (Applied Law) majoring in Commercial Litigation. She is also the National Coordinator for the humanitarian organisation ‘28.Jun’ and assists state coordinators with planning events, as well as coordinating local events, to raise donations for the underprivileged in Southeastern Europe.
